welcome

Each body tells a story. Our bodies are recordkeepers of past traumas that we may have experienced or inherited. Our goal is to serve as a guide for the discharge of these holding patterns. Are you suffering from pain, chronic tension, are you seeking relief from old holding patterns?

Trauma is not what happens to you. Trauma is what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you.

Oscar

I am a Bellingham native and grew up hiking, playing soccer, and just running around outside. I live an active and healthy lifestyle. My dad is massage therapist, and I grew up receiving massages every other week since age 10. Massage has allowed me to push my body as an athlete, while allowing me to be mindful of injury.

My biggest goal as a massage is simply to be able to help my clients. I want every person that comes to see me to feel that our time together is positive, and helpful for their growth, whatever that growth may look like for that person. I want people to feel safe, comfortable, and heard because no growth will happen without these things.
